Statewide Land Surveying Inc. is an emerging small business founded by Randy Engelgau in 2005. He is a disabled veteran with a long-standing reputation as a professional surveyor in the state of Oregon for more than 35 years. Prior to starting Statewide, Randy was a partner at Chase Jones and Associates Inc. where he acquired the experience and background to run his own company. Statewide first opened its doors with a team of three highly qualified individuals and now delivers its unique focus on customized solutions and personal service with a talented staff of eight.

The work site personnel have completed training in the following programs:
- API WorkSafe
- Loss Prevention System (LPS) Training
- OSHA Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (40 hour training)
